How Do You Really Change Your Thought Patterns For The Better?

Thoughts exist! If we think in a negative pattern about anyone, we actually PROJECT a powerful negative energy to that person. If we think POSITIVE thoughts towards a person, we actually project Positive Energies to that person. Then the self fulfilling prophesy we DO cause with our thoughts can be a POSITIVE one.

That’s all very well, but for years I tried out all these positive affirmations and positive thinking without much success. Sometimes it worked, but soon the old depression and bad luck kept coming back to haunt me.

I finally had to realise that although all this positive thinking was helpful, it just was not getting to the deepest parts of my subconscious mind.

You see, the only real answer is to retrain the deep subconscious part of ourselves.

Just how do we do that?

Well, after many years of trial and error I have finally worked out a way to do just that.

I’m not Robinson Crusoe. I’m not alone in this, many people all over the world are doing this, with varying levels of success.

The problem I found was that I’m a very practical person and I’m not all that impressed with excessive hype and ritual or anyone telling me what to do. I could not for the life of me keep my mind still or disciplined with any conventional form of trained relaxation or meditation.

So what I’ve done is to develop a series of audio meditations which are aimed at the deepest levels of the subconscious mind.

It does not matter if you fall asleep, in fact it is better if you do. The special wording is full of what I call “triggers” to reawaken the positive thought patterns at that level of consciousness.

It is NOT aimed at the conscious mind. That part of a person is bypassed entirely.

Even the background music I use was specially designed to be slightly repetitive to create the necessary rhythm to assist the mind in its retraining.

So bearing all this in mind, this is what is being told to the deepest levels of a person:

Thoughts exist!

If you think in a negative pattern about anyone, you actually PROJECT a powerful negative energy to that person. If you excessively worry about something bad happening to someone, you actually project negative energies to that person, and may actually cause that worry to actually happen. The so-called negative self fulfilling prophesy.

If you think POSITIVE thoughts towards a person, you actually project Positive Energies to that person. The self fulfilling prophesy can be a POSITIVE one.

Negative thought forms can actually cause your health to deteriorate.

They can also be stuck in your aura, or even parts of your body, causing pain, depression or any other form of illness.

These negative thought patterns EXIST. It is better to make all your thoughts POSITIVE, where these thought forms can be positive and actually assist yourself and others!

Negative Expectations

Negative expectations are when you always think the worst. This happens when you have spent some time experiencing the negative side of life.

Your first reaction to any problem, or potential problem is “Oh No! Not again! When will it all stop!”

You then throw your hands up in the air and think “Beam me up, Scotty. I’ve had enough!”

Really, when you are saddled with these negative expectations, you are beaten before you even start to solve any problems.

You can see this in any sporting team that has had a long run of defeats. When the contest starts, they probably show a lot of talent and determination, but if the other side has a stroke of good luck, or if their own side suffers a reverse, they seem to lose their will to compete and they give up.

On the other hand, you can see a sporting team that may initially be doing very badly, but they know in their own minds that they are a good team and have only positive expectations, so it is quite possible for them to get back in the game, and even perhaps win.

Habit Patterns

One of the hardest things you will find to do, is to actually break old negative habit patterns.

There is only one way to do this.

You have to train your sub-conscious mind to embrace POSITIVE THOUGHTS and EXPECTATIONS.

You may think that this is very difficult, because the habit of thinking and expecting the worst is so deeply entrenched, you think it is the real you.


Believe it or not, the real you is HAPPY and POSITIVE.

Practise positive thinking. read positive thinking, live positive thinking.

Even if you do not really believe it at first and think “It’s all bulldust”.

Above all, keep up the practice of retraining your subconscious mind with some form of trained relaxation or meditation.

This is much more important than all the positive affirmations or reading you may do.

Finally, you WILL break down the old patterns of negative thinking and expecting the worst.

This will then be replaced by a more balanced positive outlook, where whatever life throws at you, you will meet the challenge and grow from it.

It is not what happens to you - it is how you handle what happens to you.

Finally, if you keep it up, all these old patterns of behavior and experience will drop away, and you will successfully move towards true self awareness.
